1090 Terms — complete platform usage rules

Please read these terms carefully before using 1090 services. Registering or logging into the platform indicates acceptance of these terms.

Acceptance of Terms & Applicability

By accessing 1090, creating an account, or using any service, you fully agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms form a legal agreement between 1090 and the user. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These terms comply with Bangladesh law and apply only to adults (18 years or older). Minors are strictly prohibited from using this platform.

Important: These terms may change at any time. Notices will be posted on the platform. Continued use after changes means acceptance of new terms.

Account creation, security & personal information

To create an account on 1090, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Opening an account with false data is strictly forbidden and such accounts may be closed at any time at 1090’s discretion.

  • Each person may only operate one account. Creation or use of multiple accounts is prohibited.
  • It is your responsibility to keep your account password fully confidential. Do not share login details with third parties.
  • Immediately notify 1090 support of any unauthorized activity on your account.
  • Verification of registered mobile number or email is mandatory. Services may be limited if not verified.
  • For your account security, we recommend changing your password regularly.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

As a 1090 user, you agree to comply with the following rules:

Prohibited Activities
  • Participation in fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities.
  • Attempting to hack or breach the platform’s software or systems.
  • Collecting or misusing another user’s information.
  • Using automated tools (bots) for betting or gaming.
  • Money laundering or any financial crimes.
User Responsibilities
  • All bets and transactions are operated at your own risk.
  • Maintain responsible gaming within your financial limits.
  • Do not use third-party funds or identities.
  • Stay informed of any changes to platform rules.
  • Providing accurate information to the support team.

1090 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts and confiscate balances for violations of the above rules.

Payments, Transactions & Financial Regulations

All transactions on 1090 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Authorized mobile banking services such as bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are available for deposits and withdrawals.

  • Deposit Terms: Minimum deposit is ৳100. Please confirm the correct account number and amount when depositing. Users are responsible for mistakes in transactions.
  • Withdrawal Terms: Account verification must be completed for withdrawals. Identity verification may be required before the first withdrawal.
  • Processing Time: Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. Larger withdrawals may require additional verification.
  • Currency Conversion: All bets and winnings are calculated in BDT. Foreign currency transactions are not supported.
  • Chargeback Policy: Accounts engaging in fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently closed.

1090 is not responsible for any payment gateway errors or delays. For payment issues, contact the support team.

Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties

Limitation of Liability

1090 services are provided "as is." 1090’s liability for losses due to technical errors, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues is limited. Users bear full financial responsibility for betting losses.

Intellectual Property

All 1090 platform content — logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is protected intellectual property. Unauthorized reuse, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

Third-party links and services

1090 uses third-party payment services (such as bKash, Nagad). These services have their own terms, and 1090 is not liable for their quality or errors. Any issues with third-party services must be resolved directly with the respective provider.

Account Policy, Terms Changes & Applicable Law

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

1090 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close accounts for the following reasons:

  • Violation of terms or fraudulent activity.
  • Operating multiple accounts or identity fraud.
  • Money laundering or any illegal financial activities.
  • Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
  • Inactivity for an extended period (more than 12 months).

If your account has a valid balance before closure, 1090 will try to refund it. However, balances may be confiscated if terms are violated.

Terms Changes

1090 may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified on the platform. Updates take effect from the date posted.

Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
